Selection Process
The PMBA Junior Representative program aims to achieve duel objectives of nominating competative teams in the BNSW Junior Representative Leagues and providing coaching and extension pathways for as many athletes as possible. Having conducted a detailed selection process involving two open trials and game play for Seaside Classic, coaching panels have reviewed all players and final selections have been ratified by PMBA Dirfector of Coaching.
Athlete Support Program
In 2025, PMBA will again be offering a financial assistance program to help meet the costs of representative fees. Applications will be in strict confidence and in return for fee assistance recipients will be requested to support PMBA by joining our volunteers at events such as NEJL home rounds, game day crew for Senior Waratah League home games or assisting with set-up of the Representative Presentation.
Formal applications for financial support will open shortly, but PMBA does not wish for any family to decline their child’s position within the Representative Program due to financial distress. If representative costs are likely to cause financial difficulty for your family please contact us before the first payment is due by emailing either treasurer@portmacquariebasketball.com.au or delegate@portmacquariebasketball.com.au
