PMBA Representative Program – Key Dates & Timeline

 

 Coaching Nominations

• EOI Opens: Thursday 15^th August
• EOI Closes: Sunday 15^th September
• Coaching Appointments Announced: Tuesday 1^st October

 Prep for Rep Sessions

• Thursdays: 28^th August – 25^th September
• Open sessions to prepare athletes for trials and rep season
• Focus: skill development, conditioning, rep expectations

 School Holiday Camps

• Thursday 2^nd October
• Thursday 9^th October
• Optional but strongly encouraged for prospective rep athletes

 Representative Trials

• Saturday 18^th October (Sunday back-up if required)
• Thursday 23^rd October
• Saturday 25^th October (Sunday back-up if required)

 

 Training Squads / Seaside Teams Announced

• Monday 27^th October

 

 

Seaside Squad Training Begins

• Thursday 30^th October (group training)

🌊 Seaside Classic – Port Macquarie

• Saturday 1^st & Sunday 2^nd November
• PMBA’s annual home tournament
• Participation expected for all representative teams

 Representative Squad Training

• Thursdays: 6^th November & 13^th November
• Weekly sessions for selected squads

• Full team lists published and shared with families

 Rep Induction Camp 

• Saturday 29^th November 9am til 3pm

📆 Representative Team Training

• Thursdays: 20^th November – 11^th December
• Weekly sessions for announced teams

🏆 Bronwyn Vigors Pacific Challenge Carnival – Coffs Harbour

• Saturday 6^th & Sunday 7^th December
• Major pre-season carnival

 

🚫 Mandatory Representative Hiatus

• Friday 12^th December – Sunday 11^th January
• No formal rep training or activities during this period

 Tamworth Pre-season carnival – Tamworth (CANCELLED)

• Feburary 7th & 8th
• BNSW Pre-season grading carnival TBC attending teams and venues are yet to be determined

 Coffs Classic Pre-season tournament – Coffs Harbour

• Attendance to be confirmed
• Saturday 14^th & Sunday 15^th February 2026
• Major pre-season carnival
