Registration Now open - closes 24 April 2025

  • Winter Competition runs minimum of 15 weeks, during school Term 2 & 3
  • Games start week commencing Monday 12 May 2025

  • PMBA are now using Basketball Connect. The first time players register through Basketball Connect all players should choose NEW USER and complete basic contact details. Support for Basketball Connect here. If you are an existing financial player/ member you will be prompted to link to your existing player profile.

Nominate a team WINTER 2025 

  • Teams can be nominated using the link below and selecting the team nomination option.
  • Teams can be nominated in all age groups / grades except Men's Premier League.  Premier League players are drafted to a team and should nominate as individuals. 
  • Payment is not required to nominate a team.
  • Managers / Team contact will be responsible for providing players with the Team Code (generated after registratoin). Players need this code to nominate and pay as individuals in the team. 

Individual Player Registration WINTER 2025 

  • For players that do not have a team please use this link. If you have a team you should receive a unique link to register through from the team manager.
  • If you dont have a team, or are nominating for Premier League use the generic team code for your age group found at the top of the registration page when you click tghrough to the registration system. 
  • Payment is required to be allocated a spot in a team. Teams must have 7 paid players to be entered into the competition

Divisions explained:

Division 1:
  • Players can put a team together and self nominate (as opposed to previous seasons where all Div 1 players were drafted to teams).
  • Self nominated teams must accept that the competition committee will make a final ruling and may regrade teams, or individual players to other Divisions.  
  • Division 1 is aimed at players with a reasonable level of skill and experience, looking to develop and compete, and possibly aiming for or already participating in representative basketball.
Division 2: 
  • Team Nomination and Individual Registrations accepted – a more social competition aimed at players with some basketball knowledge and experience who are interested in ensuring they're playing with friends.
Division3 
  • Development  level
  • Team Nomination and Individual Registrations accepted.
  • This Division is aimed at those with minimal experience who generally will be relatively new to basketball.

Competition Fees: 

All players pay an individual competition fee which includes court hire, referee fees, competition administration and prizes for the season. Prices have increased for this competition due to rising costs but members can beat the price rise by registering before 25 September to receive a discount. Basketball Connect also offers the option to pay in installments.
  • U10's & U12's = $160
  • U14's to U18's = $175
  • Seniors $190 
  • Annual Basketball NSW Registration is required in additon to the competition fees. This fee covers insurance and access to BNSW programs and pathways. If a player is not registered with BNSW the competition nomination will prompt payment of this fee. ($110 for Seniors, $90 ages 12-17 and $70 8-11 year olds)

BNSW Annual Registration

The annual BNSW registration covers Basketball NSW registration and insurance. You'll be notified by email when this is due one month prior to expiry date. You're registration must be current before you can play. 

ANNUAL FEES

  • Ages 8-11 $70 
  • Ages 12-17 $90  
  • Seniors 18+ $110
